About the position
The part-time remote Customer Service Representative at Dex Imaging is responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services. This role involves answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer service while working from home. Responsibilities
Ā Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.

Ā Build and maintain excellent customer service and identify when technical support is needed.

Ā Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times.

Ā Work with the Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Ā Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management.

Ā Remain current on process updates and technology used within the company.

Ā Perform duties in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Requirements
