Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative
Job description One of our partners is looking for remote Customer Service Representatives! This position will be fully remote in New York State during normal business hours. Schedule/hours: Part Time, 16 hours per week This position will start on Monday October 6th, and the first 3 weeks of the position will be Monday-Friday, 7 hours per day THEN transition to your specific schedule • You must reside in New York State* Description • Provide assistance to customers via inbound calls • Answer a high volume (back to back) of calls every shift • Understand offerings, policies and procedures • Effectively communicate information to customers • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude • Perform accurate digital record-keeping What You Bring • Full-time Residency in New York State • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship • Ability to clear a background check • Stable home internet connection • 1-2 professional references • Ability to start Monday, October 6th, and attend training from 9:30-4:30 for the first 3 weeks of the position Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
