Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our strategies. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that make you an exceptional customer service professional. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it's not necessary – we're eager to train the right candidate.
