Essential Qualifications

As a new Chat Operator, you will participate in four weeks of full-time remote training, held Tuesday through Saturday between 11:00 am and 7:30 pm EDT. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in your position and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Technical Requirements
To perform this role, you will need:

A computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
The ability to type at least 35 words per minute (wpm), with 40 wpm or above being preferred.
