Job Description: Join our team as a PART TIME Call Center Agent, where you'll play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple industries, including law firms. Qualifications:
ā¢ Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Call Center or Intake Department.
ā¢ Legal Intake Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Law Firm handling direct phone contact or intake coordination (PREFERRED)
ā¢ Versatility: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
ā¢ Adaptability: Quick learner with the capability to adapt to changing procedures and software.
ā¢ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
ā¢ Residency: Must reside in the United States.
