Job Description We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a food manufacturing business. This is a part-time, remote role with consistent weekly hours. This position is best suited for someone with prior administrative or accounting experience who prefers a steady, structured, part-time schedule. Key Responsibilities • Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on time • Enter and manage customer orders • Issue and track purchase orders • Maintain organized digital records • Work within Excel and internal systems for data entry and tracking • Communicate clearly regarding task status and any discrepancies Requirements • Prior experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or accounts payable • Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) • High attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable learning and using new software tools, including AI-assisted tools • Reliable and consistent availability during scheduled hours • Strong written communication Preferred • Experience with ERP systems or order processing systems • Background in food, manufacturing, or distribution environments • Prior remote work experience Work Style • Independent and self-managed • Organized and process-driven • Responsive and dependable Ideal Candidate This role is well suited for someone with prior professional experience who is looking for consistent part-time work and values a predictable schedule.
