You are confident guiding clients through treatment decisions and helping them take the next step in their care journey. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough consultations to determine medical suitability for treatment. Provide clear education on pelvic health and treatment options, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory standards. Support client conversion by building trust and explaining the benefits of treatment plans in a caring, professional manner. Collaborate with team members to create a seamless, polished clinic experience. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Ontario. Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in women’s health, urology, or gynecology an asset). Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational abilities and comfort with computerized client management systems.
