This is a part-time opportunity with room for professional growth.A quick note: Because of the sensitive nature of the work we do, we’re looking for team members who are interested in long-term roles. Sign-On Bonus:
$200 for individuals with a 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate
$500 for individuals with an Active RBT Certification
Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $1,600 annually ($400 per quarter) based on hours worked and performance.
Flexible Scheduling: Monday-Friday availability after 3 PM is preferred.
Diverse Work Settings: Work in-clinic, in-home, or in schools based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Prepare and create therapy materials as needed
Collect and graph behavioral data to track client progress
Provide parent training and support, modeling ABA techniques
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with insurance guidelines
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Certification:
Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
Not yet certified? ABA Squad will cover the cost of RBT training and certification before your start date
Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (Required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with families and team members
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and dependability

RBT Certification Assistance – Support in obtaining certification
Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
