About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a Part Time Recruitment Administrator position. As a key member of our Recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting the transfer of data to our new system, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional administrative support. This is a part-time opportunity, working 3 days a week, with the flexibility to choose your days and occasional travel to our Leeds Head Office. Key Responsibilities Review and verify data accuracy, checking information and inputting data into our new system Liaise with various teams and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity Collate and organize information, maintaining accurate records and reports Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment team, including event and career fair coordination Assist with administration functions related to events, such as sending reminders and updating attendee lists Prioritize and process large volumes of data with high attention to detail and minimal supervision The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should have a strong administration background, with some knowledge of recruitment, HR, L&D, or a similar environment being beneficial but not essential. You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, and the ability to learn internal systems quickly. Strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are also essential.
