They are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for part-time tutors, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Recruiting team to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for part-time tutors, and 1099 contractors aligning with the company's goals and objectivesProactively source and attract potential tutor candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, educational institutions, and community outreach programsReview tutor applications and resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific tutoring positionsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview processConduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates to verify their credentials and suitability for employmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation to streamline the hiring process and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsCoordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and information sessions to promote the company and attract potential tutor candidatesCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and offering guidance as neededCollaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to provide feedback and recommendations on the selection of tutors, ensuring the best match between candidates and student needsSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse individualsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional mannerProficiency in Google Suite and online collaboration toolsSelf-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a teamStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workPrevious experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination preferredFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Paycor, or recruitment software is a plusKnowledge of educational systems and tutoring practices is desirable but not requiredBenefitsFlexible to work remotelyFirst Stop HealthCompany OverviewStudy Smart Tutors strives for education equity and supports first-gen and low-income students.
