Whether its a coding expert or a sales leader, you know how to find and attract the right candidates (we'd prefer someone that has Tech and Non Tech or someone with Tech that is comfortable doing Non Tech roles on occasion)

Database Management: Keep our applicant tracking system and candidate database updated with the latest information to ensure were always ready to move quickly on top talent.
Collaborative Partner: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates who match not just the skill set, but the culture.
