Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various contract positions within the organization.

Ā **Must have remote work experience and home office setup***
This is a fully remote position; no travel is required.
Responsibilities:
Ā Full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles (hourly, salary, & commission) throughout the organization, including but not limited to, nurses, therapists, physicians, IT, sales, marketing, business development, call center, and administrative
Ā Post job descriptions, evaluate and select applicants from various job boards/ATS
Ā Conduct thorough phone screens/interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and job requirements
Ā Proactively source, build, and maintain a pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates through various recruiting and sourcing techniques
Ā Update candidate records/communication in ATS, provide follow-up to candidates and hiring managers
Ā Present quality candidates to hiring managers, schedule interviews, hire, and work with HR to send and gather on-boarding paperwork
Ā Utilize LinkedIn, social media, job sites, and other means to locate appropriate candidates
Qualifications:
Ā AA Degree preferred
Ā Minimum 1+ years recruiting experience
Ā Healthcare industry experience a plus
Ā Must be comfortable with outbound and inbound calls
Ā Experience with job boards (ZipRecruiter & Indeed) a plus
Ā Cold calling experience a plus
Ā ATS or CRM experience a plus
Ā Strong organizational skills
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel) & Google Mail, Docs, Calendar
Ā Remote work experience required
Ā This is a fully remote position; no travel is required.
Ā 20 hours per week
Ā 3 month contract with potential for FTE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
Ā 4 hour shift
Ā Monday to Friday
