Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at Ware State Prison located in Waycross, Georgia.
The Psychiatrist works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide behavioral health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a correctional setting.
Qualifications
ā¢ Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
ā¢ Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
ā¢ Active and unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain licensure
ā¢ Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
ā¢ Ability to pass credentialing and background check
Available Shift
ā¢ Weekdays - 16 hours a week
ā¢ Day Shift
ā¢ Will consider both remote and onsite candidates
