In this role, you will:
• Oversee third-party vendor activities related to Workday integrations, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external implementation partners
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively address issues and escalate when necessary
• Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare updates, and maintain project documentation
• Support change management and communication efforts across impacted stakeholders
Who You Are:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with vendors
• Understanding of system integrations and project lifecycle methodology (Agile or Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
