Part-Time Project Assistant Supervisor (Evening/Weekend)
About the position Responsibilities • Monitor telephone interviewers to answer questions and ensure policies and procedures are followed. • Handle 'manager on duty' responsibilities during evening and weekend shifts, including opening or closing the SOC. • Answer phones and conduct interviews with respondents as needed when other staff are unavailable. • Provide ongoing training and coaching to interviewers. • Assist with assigning interviewers to projects during shifts. • Review project production and quality reports, reporting findings back to supervisors, and assisting with project performance forms. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred). • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Six months of experience working in a survey call center, or equivalent education and work experience. • Availability to work 16+ hours a week, including Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday. • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in handling multiple desktop applications. • Bilingual Spanish required.
