Part Time Primary Therapist-REMOTE – USA Remote Jobs
September 12, 2025 W e are seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Primary Therapist to join our mental health team on a part-time basis . In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy via telehealth, supporting clients in achieving emotional and psychological well-being. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for licensed therapists who are passionate about making a difference—virtually. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video platforms Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other clinical staff and support teams for coordinated care Participate in virtual team meetings and supervision sessions Ensure ethical and culturally competent care aligned with best practices Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD) in at least one U.S. state Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred Prior telehealth or remote therapy experience is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and virtual meeting platforms Must have a private, secure, and distraction-free remote work environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensure Flexible part-time scheduling (10–20 hours per week) Opportunities for long-term engagement and schedule growth Supportive clinical environment with peer collaboration Continuing education opportunities (varies by employer) 100% remote – no commuting required How to Apply If you're a licensed therapist looking to offer meaningful care in a virtual setting, we encourage you to apply today.
