Part-Time Personal Virtual Assistant (Evenings & Weekends)

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and responsive Personal Assistant to provide remote support during evenings and weekends. You will play a critical role in helping manage both personal and business-related tasks for an incarcerated entrepreneur, working in close coordination with the lead Executive Assistant.This position requires discretion, responsiveness, and reliability, as you’ll be supporting sensitive business operations and confidential affairs. You’ll also serve as an on-call backup when the Executive Assistant is unavailable due to illness or scheduled absence.Availability Required:Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST (on-call)Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (on-call)You’re not expected to be active the entire time, but must be reachable and ready to respond promptly to requests.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage communications (email, text, and phone)- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and documents- Organize tasks, appointments, and digital files- Run online errands and services as needed- Assist with light research and follow-up tasks- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards- Provide on-call backup support for the Executive Assistant when neededWho You Are:Prior experience as a personal assistant, virtual assistant, or similar support roleClear, professional communicator (written and verbal)Tech-savvy, familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online calendarsReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervisionComfortable working with discretion on sensitive topicsOpen to supporting a mission-driven entrepreneur with unique circumstancesCompensation & Terms:Hourly Rate: $15/hour (paid weekly)Must sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement before interviewMust be able to start immediatelyTo Apply:Submit a short cover letter sharing:- Your relevant experience- Your general availability- Why you’re a great fit for this unique support roleQualified candidates will be contacted for next steps.
