Part-Time Personal Assistant for Location-Independent Entrepreneur
Founder of M&A Science, splitting time between NYC, Austin, and Europe. Building a new business while maintaining an active social/fitness life. Need help with logistics, scheduling, research, and coordination so I can focus on high-value work.
What you'll do (~15-20 hours/month to start):
Weekly/Recurring:
- Research and book fitness classes (Pilates, climbing, cooking classes, improv) in various cities
- Schedule medical/dental appointments, manage prescriptions
- Manage calendar (color-code: work, fitness, social, travel)
- Book restaurants for dinners I'm hosting, send calendar invites
Monthly/Project-Based:
- Research and book travel (Airbnbs, flights, ski trips)
- Find and book group activities (hiking groups, food tours, supper clubs, etc.)
- Research speaking opportunities (universities, conferences, entrepreneur events)
- Draft and send outreach emails (pitching me as guest speaker)
- Research volunteer opportunities (youth mentorship, leadership programs) and social events in each city I'm in
Ideal candidate:
- 3+ years experience as PA/EA (not entry-level)
- Excellent written communication (you'll draft emails on my behalf)
- Proactive problem-solver (I give high-level direction, you figure out details)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and logistics across multiple cities
- Bonus: Experience with health/wellness, travel, or events
Hours: 15-20 hours/month to start (potential to grow to 25-30 hours)
Start date: Immediate
