Salary: $400 per week

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Remote)
• Saturday (All day availability)
• Sunday: Occasionally, based on operational needs (typically no scheduled trips)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Overnight Dispatcher to provide emergency availability and . This role primarily involves being on standby to handle urgent situations, such as driver emergencies (e.g., sudden illness), and rerouting scheduled trips if necessary. While this shift typically has no scheduled trips, the dispatcher must remain available to answer calls and provide support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Remain available to handle emergency calls from drivers and assist with rerouting trips if necessary.
• Provide support in case of last-minute schedule changes due to driver availability.
• Document any incidents, reroutes, or driver concerns during the shift.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous dispatch or transportation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable and available to respond promptly to calls during the shift.

Additional Details:
• This is a part-time, remote position with no regular scheduled trips during the shift, but availability for emergencies is required.
• Minimal activity is expected, but the dispatcher must be attentive and responsive when needed.
