About Encino Conservancy Apply Here

Encino Conservancy is a nonprofit dedicated to stewarding land in ways that strengthen native biodiversity, wildfire resilience, regenerative agriculture, and watershed health, while promoting hands-on community education. The 120-acre Encino Conservancy Ranch is located on the ancestral lands of the Iipai/Northern Kumeyaay People. While we are not an indigenous-led organization, our work is guided by respect for the long history of stewardship that shaped its landscape. Founded in 2022, we are building the organizational foundation needed to support long‑term impact.
