ā¢ Train and mentor the sales team on warm calling strategies and effective client engagement.
ā¢ Share matchmaking techniques to enhance team performance.
ā¢ Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve sales conversions.
ā¢ Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business objectives.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 5 years of experience as a professional matchmaker.
ā¢ 1 years of warm calling or tele-sales experience.
ā¢ Strong background in training, mentoring, and coaching sales teams.
ā¢ In-depth knowledge of matchmaking strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 ā 16 per week
Work Location: Remote
