You will work closely with the team to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, with a passion for innovative advertising solutions.
Job Function & Essential Duties:
• Data entry, must be fast and accurate typer;
• Manage CRM, database and client relationships.
• Manage advertising sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Leverage marketing tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 60 WPM typing speed *may be given a typing test in interview*
• High proficiency with basic MS Office software including Excel & Word, and very efficient with data entry;
• Meticulous in detail;
• Good organizational skills
• Proficient in print and digital advertising
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.

• Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print advertising.
Marketing Specialist Compensation:
• $17/hr
Job Type: 15-20hrs/week starting at 9am Monday-Friday
Hourly Wage: $17.00/hr
