Part-Time Marketing Associate (Retail/Merchandising Focus) – 6-Month Contract
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate with a strong interest or background in merchandising and retail to join our team on a part-time, 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for a current senior or student from a top university who is looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a retail or e-commerce environment.
The company is a luxury menswear brand focused on refined essentials built with intention. We design pieces that elevate the everyday uniform—starting with premium fitted t-shirts that feature structured shoulders, a tailored silhouette, and high-quality blended fabrics.
The brand is rooted in discipline, restraint, and quiet confidence. Our goal is to build a globally recognized label that represents a certain standard of living—physically, aesthetically, and mentally. We recently launched our first product and are now focused on building brand presence, distribution, and cultural relevance.

• Hours: Approximately 20 hours per month (about 5 hours per week)
• Location: Remote / Flexible
Responsibilities
• Support social media marketing initiatives as directed by the client
• Apply knowledge of retail and/or e-commerce environments to marketing tasks
• Assist with evolving priorities and ongoing marketing needs
• Collaborate closely with the client on day-to-day initiatives within the agreed hourly scope
Qualifications
• Current senior or student (preferred), open to all qualified candidates
• Background or strong interest in merchandising, retail, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and trends
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
