Part-time Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative
One of our great partners is looking for Part-time Mandarin & English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives! You must be fluent in both Mandarin & English!
This position will be fully work-from-home from New York State, Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
This part-time position is 16 hours per week. However, the first 3 weeks have longer hours for training (Monday - Friday 9:30am-4:30pm).
This position will start on Monday, July 28.
What You'll Do
ā¢ Provide phone assistance to customers via inbound calls
ā¢ Answer a high volume of calls every shift - back-to-back
ā¢ Understand offerings, policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to customers
ā¢ Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward a diversity of customers
ā¢ Perform accurate digital record-keeping
What You Bring
ā¢ Fluency in Mandarin & English
ā¢ Full-time Residency in New York State
ā¢ Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
ā¢ Ability to clear a background check
ā¢ Stable home internet connection
ā¢ 1-2 professional references
ā¢ Ability to start Monday, July 28.
