Key Responsibilities:
Teach classes as assigned, including preparing lesson plans, course materials, and assessing student performance
Create and maintain a conducive learning environment, promoting professionalism and academic excellence
Provide regular feedback to students on their academic performance, grades, and conduct
Utilize learning management systems and maintain accurate student records
Participate in ongoing faculty and professional development activities to stay current with industry standards
Collaborate with colleagues and program directors to ensure program effectiveness and student success
Requirements:
Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an RN
Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN and MSN strongly preferred
Teaching experience preferred
Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications
