Part-time Live Online Math Teacher - Remote | WFH

As a Live Online Math Teacher, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging instruction and supporting students in their learning journey. You'll collaborate with our team to ensure a high-quality educational experience that aligns with our commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver live online math instruction to students
Plan and prepare engaging lessons
Grade student work and submit grades and attendance weekly in our learning management system (currently Moodle)
Report final grades within one week of receiving student submissions
Provide support to students during live sessions
Respond promptly to emails and phone calls (preferred within 24 hours)
Attend local graduation ceremonies, annual summits, and training events as needed
Engage in professional development to continually enhance your teaching skills
Adhere to the guidelines outlined in our Teacher Handbook
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with a Teaching Certificate in Math (California teaching license preferred)
Teaching experience with a strong understanding of math instruction best practices
Familiarity with Moodle or similar learning management systems preferred
Reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia
