Job Title
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, CSW, PC, LCMHC, MHC, ICSW)
Summary of Duties
• Providing counseling services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
• Maintaining quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals
• When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
• Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
• Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
• Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings
Role Structure
This position is part-time at 8 to 10 hours per week, out of which 4 hours of compensation will be guaranteed per week. We are open 8:00 A.M -8:00 P.M. Mon-Sat CST. We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule.
This position is 100% remote.
Supervision Received
This role reports to Televero’s Director of Counseling.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
AND
Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program.
AND
Active LCSW, LMHC, LPC, CSW, PC, LCMHC, MHC, or ICSW License in Florida, Georgia, Washington, Colorado, Connecticut, and South Carolina.
Minimum two (2) years outpatient experience.
Skills Desired
• Strong written and communicative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, & Teams
• Telehealth experience preferred
• EMR experience preferred
• Adaptability, flexibility, and troubleshooting skills necessary
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a growing organization
