Compensation & Benefits
Ā Salary: $18-$20/hr (Based on experience) + Monthly Bonus/Commissions ($500+)

Responsibilities
Ā Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
Ā Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
Ā Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
Ā Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
Ā Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.
Requirements
Ā Active Property & Casualty License Required.
Ā Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
Ā Minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience
