Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed
Handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers, verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment
Accurately document information and non-contact attempts within the Quality Assurance Database
Properly explain the application process to potential customers
Transfer calls to appropriate department as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time
Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
Detail-oriented and ability to accurately document information
Positive and helpful attitude with customers
Strong communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Knowledge of life and health insurance applications
