Part-Time Human Resources Specialist
The Opportunity:
Wings Over is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Part-Time Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions of the Human Resources Department and our brand.

Day in the Life (includes, but not limited to):
ā¢ Work independently up to 25 hours per week
ā¢ Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes
ā¢ Utilize Paycor for managing HR-related alerts efficiently (Compliance Warnings, Missing Employee Information, etc.)
ā¢ Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources to help complete various projects related to Human Resources in a timely manner (running reports, creating spreadsheets, applying for taxes, etc.)
ā¢ Communicate effectively with employees on all levels of the organization
ā¢ Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
ā¢ Travel to current and new markets to assist with recruiting efforts and new store openings
ā¢ Other related duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
ā¢ HR experience strongly preferred
ā¢ Associates degree in a related field preferred.
ā¢ Experience with Paycor Payroll and Recruiting software a plus
ā¢ Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry a plus
ā¢ Legal authorization to work in the US
