Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Grading Teacher Certified in 1365 - Spanish to support our full-time teaching staff in educating students in a virtual learning environment. As a Part-Time Cyber Teacher, you will play an integral role in grading student work and providing timely, constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student's academic development.Key Responsibilities: 1.Create a Positive Learning Environment: a.Cultivate a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students, fostering a love for learning and active engagement.2.Identify and Provide Additional Support: a.Collaborate with students to identify areas requiring additional support and provide targeted instruction and assistance to help students improve in those areas.3.Grading and Feedback: a.Grade and meticulously track completed online tasks and test scores, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.b.Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on student work, adhering to a strict 72-hour grading turn-around time.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1.Technical Proficiency: a.Demonstrated computer skills in online education, including familiarity with virtual learning platforms and related tools. b.Ability to swiftly learn and adapt to new technology skills to enhance the teaching and learning experience.2.Communication and Persuasion: a.Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions to students, fostering a clear understanding of the coursework.

b.Persuasive skills to motivate and encourage students to complete assignments, promoting proactive participation. 3.Expectation Management: a.Ability to set and maintain high expectations related to student performance, inspiring students to strive for academic excellence. 4.Professionalism: a.Professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with students, colleagues, and stakeholders, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environmentSchedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to create a work schedule that accommodates your commitments. The role offers the freedom to work remotely, providing convenience and work-life balance while maintaining the required 72-hour grading turnaround time.
