About the Role As a Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. You'll be responsible for pulling and preparing orders, replenishing shelves, and loading merchandise into customer vehicles. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly to customer and associate needs Ensure merchandise is in good condition, accurately accounted for, and delivered to customers on-time Pull merchandise safely for loading onto delivery trucks and assist customers and staff with moving merchandise Replenish shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment Verify invoices against loaded products to ensure accuracy Assist with loading merchandise, including large appliances, into customer vehicles Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols What We're Looking For To succeed as a Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's, you'll need to be flexible, reliable, and willing to learn. Here are some essential qualifications and skills we're looking for: Essential Qualifications Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, any day of the week Physical ability to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance and potentially lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance Basic computer skills, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic operations Preferred Qualifications 6 months of retail experience, preferably in a home improvement or hardware store Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position Experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be comfortable using technology, including smartphones and tablets. You'll also need to be able to lift and move merchandise safely and efficiently.
