Part-Time Freelance Website Coordinator (E-commerce)
Role Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Freelance Website Coordinator to manage ongoing website updates, merchandising, and quality control for our e-commerce site. This role supports collection launches, promotions, and site optimization to ensure a smooth, high-converting customer experience. Responsibilities • Create and maintain product pages and collection pages • Execute regular website updates (banners, navigation, merchandising) • Conduct bi-monthly site audits, including heatmaps, menus, on-site search, and clearance pages • Manage markdown and clearance merchandising to ensure accuracy and cleanliness • Perform post-launch checks after each collection launch (images, descriptions, variants, collections, cross-sells) • Manage and optimize upsell and cross-sell tools • Troubleshoot website issues and third-party apps • Provide monthly website and promotion performance insights • Update Shop App banners for new collections and promotions • Monitor image alt text and basic on-site SEO best practices Qualifications • 3+ years of Shopify website coordination experience • Strong attention to detail and organization • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines • Experience with merchandising, analytics, and app troubleshooting Apply tot his job
