Part Time - Family Law Attorney (Remote - Small Caseload)

Remote Full-time
About the Role

Bulldog Law PLC is seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to manage a boutique, "low-volume, high-impact" caseload. This position is strictly part-time, designed for a practitioner who seeks 20 to 40 hours of work per month. You will have full autonomy over 10–15 active files, allowing you to provide high-level, dedicated service to each client while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities
• Targeted Case Management: Lead 10–15 family law cases (Divorce, Custody, Support, and MSAs) from filing to judgment.
• Litigation & Advocacy: Attend remote court hearings, RFOs, and mediations.
• Drafting Excellence: Prepare precise legal pleadings, DissoMaster reports, and Marital Settlement Agreements.
• Strategic Client Counsel: Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned files, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is a perfect fit for a solo practitioner looking to supplement their income, a "retired" attorney wishing to stay active in the courts, or a parent/caregiver seeking a high-level professional role with a limited hourly commitment.

Qualifications
• Active CA Bar License: Required (no history of discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of Family Law experience in California.
• Remote Proficiency: Must be comfortable with Zoom/CourtCall, electronic filing, and cloud-based practice management software.
• Self-Starter: Ability to move cases forward independently with minimal supervision.

Why Join Bulldog Law?
• Work-Life Balance: Your hours are capped—no "big firm" billable pressure.
• Total Flexibility: Work from your home office on your own schedule (excluding set court appearances).
• Streamlined Process: We provide the infrastructure; you provide the legal expertise.
• Referral Bonus: Incentives for any new business brought to the firm.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
• California Bar License (Required)
