Part-Time Executive Assistant (10–15 hrs/week) – Flexible Hours

We are a small, dynamic private equity firm with a focus on real estate holdings, seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is a remote, part-time role (10–15 hours/week) with flexible and varying hours. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, personable, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

•Track and organize financial records; participate in weekly 1:1 update calls with the founder to review financials and priorities

• Assist in developing a company playbook (standard operating procedures)

• Handle and filter emails on behalf of the founder; flag important items and manage follow-ups

• Manage Craigslist and Zillow listings – refreshing posts, responding to inquiries

• Coordinate utility services – ensuring timely turn-on/off and bill payments

• Support property-related tasks and vendor coordination

• Occasionally assist with light communication with families (potential and current residents)

• General admin support: scheduling, calendar management, document prep

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior real estate experience required — initiative, integrity, and people skills are most important

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken); Spanish fluency strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Personable and professional communication style

• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom

Preferred (but not required):

• Spanish speaking/writing ability

• Experience supporting executives or in real estate/private equity

• Familiarity with Craigslist, Zillow, and other rental platforms

• Based in the Pacific or Central Time Zone
