Job Overview and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for administering carefully developed research questionnaires via telephone to respondents from diverse backgrounds, gathering valuable data that will inform our understanding of various social issues. Your duties will include:

Conducting telephone interviews with respondents, ensuring that all interactions are professional, respectful, and empathetic
Using a computer to administer research questionnaires, accurately recording responses and managing data
Working evening and weekend shifts, with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week, typically between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Participating in paid training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge as a competent and effective interviewer
Collaborating with our team to achieve research goals, sharing insights and best practices to continuously improve our data collection processes


Current Research Projects
We are currently hiring for two exciting research projects:

A state-wide research project exploring Pennsylvanians' engagement in interactive gaming, also known as online gambling
A state-wide research project examining U.S. residents' health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and use of preventive services
