**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
* Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
* Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer.
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth.
