We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Education and Training Program Assistant to support the delivery of our transformative education and training programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to empower individuals and communities through personal empowerment, career training, and meaningful employment.
Job Summary:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.16 to $26.60 and a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week. As a Part-Time Education and Training Program Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our education strategy and delivery of training programs. This includes managing session scheduling, facilitating communication, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administration of session scheduling and facilitate communication throughout the organization
Support facilitators by monitoring chat, attendance, and behavior during sessions
Troubleshoot technical problems related to Zoom and other educational technology tools
Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance tracking and education calendar updates
Coordinate communication with participants and stakeholders, including sending links and reminders
Perform basic LMS functionality and support participants' access to LMS as requested
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology, or a related field preferred
In-depth knowledge of Zoom features and settings, including scheduling meetings and troubleshooting common issues
Proficiency in using LMS platforms and other educational technology tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities
