Part-Time Disposition Admin (Real Estate | Remote)
Job Description:
We are a fully remote real estate company looking to hire a Part-Time Disposition Admin to support our acquisitions and sales process.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and experienced (or very coachable) in working with cash buyers.
Time Commitment:
10–12 hours per week (occasionally up to 15 hours)
First 90 days: guaranteed 12 hours per week
Part-time, remote position
Can become full-time!
Responsibilities:
Mine and source cash buyers using systems and tools we provide
Research and search buyers through databases and platforms
Reach out to buyers via phone calls, emails, and SMS
Answer inbound calls from buyers
Follow up with buyers and maintain organized records
Post deals to:
Facebook groups
Facebook Marketplace
Other buyer platforms as instructed
Conduct Facebook buyer searches and outreach
Communicate buyer interest and feedback clearly to the team
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone with buyers
Able to follow directions and provide accurate information
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Experience in real estate dispositions is a plus (but not required if highly coachable)
Bonus (Not Required):
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience working with U.S. real estate investors or wholesalers
