Key Responsibilities:
Ā Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including the dishwashing machine and hand wash stations.
Ā Wash and sanitize kitchen areas, tables, tools, utensils, and equipment.
Ā Receive and store deliveries, ensuring perishables are stored correctly and stock is rotated.
Ā Utilize the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes using detergent and sanitizing chemicals.
Ā Inspect and organize clean wares and manage soiled items for re-washing.
Ā Sort and wash silverware, and efficiently manage trash and recycling duties.
Ā Keep all assigned areas clean, including mopping and handling waste disposal.
Requirements:
Ā No formal education (high school diploma or G.E.D. is not required).
Ā No previous work experience is needed - we will train you!
Ā No supervisory experience is necessary.
Ā No specific licenses or certifications are required.
