Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to work remotely, assisting with data entry and student records for the office of disability services at arenaflex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to student disability services, handling confidential student data, and ensuring that accommodations are up to date. This is a part-time opening, with a schedule of typically 5 hours per week and up to 20 hours during peak times in August, September, December, and January.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to student disability services with data entry to the educational system ELBA
Handle HIPAA and FERPA compliant information with confidentiality and integrity
Enter confidential student data into the ELBA system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure that accommodations are up to date and that students are informed of required documentation
Collaborate with the office of disability services team to provide exceptional support to students
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
