**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into internal and external systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client payroll information
* Input and load client employee payroll information or personal employee information into databases
* Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
* Maintain accurate account information and ensure integrity of client taxes
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless data management
* Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
