Santa Rita Landscaping provides custom design and installation services for residential customers ranging from planting and irrigation to hardscape and masonry features. Santa Rita Landscaping takes care of its employees, customers, and community partners while delivering exceptional service and enhancing their outdoor living spaces.
Essential Duties:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Β Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
Β Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
Β Performs other related duties as assigned.
Β Able to work between 16 - 25 hours
Required Skills/Abilities:
Β Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
Β Ability to proofread.
Β Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Β Basic understanding of office equipment.
Β Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Β Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
Β Ability to organize and prioritize work
