Essential Duties:
Duties/Responsibilities:
ย Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
ย Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
ย Performs other related duties as assigned.
ย Able to work between 16 - 25 hours
Required Skills/Abilities:
ย Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
ย Ability to proofread.
ย Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
ย Basic understanding of office equipment.
ย Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
ย Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
ย Ability to organize and prioritize work
