**Summary Description**

As a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for evaluating and collecting data to enhance our institutional knowledge and reporting capabilities. You'll input data into management systems, focusing on job affiliations and contact information, and discriminate between relevant and non-relevant information to maintain database integrity. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our academic network while expanding your knowledge and analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**

- Evaluate and collect data to enhance institutional knowledge and reporting capabilities
- Input data into management systems, focusing on job affiliations and contact information
- Discriminate between relevant and non-relevant information to maintain database integrity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement
