• This role requires someone with sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy, ensuring orders are processed correctly for our plumbing supply operations.
• Key Responsibilities: Enter and transfer new customer orders into the POS system promptly and accurately. Double-check order details to ensure data accuracy. Flag and clarify any discrepancies in orders before entry. Maintain organized records of entered orders for tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
• Prior data entry experience preferred (but not required).
• Must have good problem-solving skills and the ability to spot errors.
• Comfortable with repetitive, detailed tasks while maintaining focus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn POS systems quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during scheduled hours.
