Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and professional responses that meet or exceed customer expectations. Provide accurate, up-to-date information about our products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns in a clear and concise manner. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with the process. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, adhering to data privacy and security protocols. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and communicated effectively. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying abreast of industry trends and updates to provide expert advice and support to customers. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred. Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and tools with ease. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that can engage and satisfy customers. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, where priorities can shift rapidly and flexibility is key. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Experience in sales or lead generation, with a proven track record of converting conversations into tangible leads. Requirements and Work Schedule To be considered for this role, you must: Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. Attend 5 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 4 PM to 8 PM, to ensure you are fully equipped to excel in your role. Commit to working a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with the potential for flexible scheduling after completing your training. Have a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, with 40 words per minute or above being preferred for efficient chat management.
