Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that drive revenue growth for our clients. If you're a customer service pro with a knack for multitasking and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns * Provide in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience * Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience * Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping us to build strong relationships with our clients * Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our sales strategies * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations **Qualifications** * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary – we're looking for people with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn * Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills are a must, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies * A positive and professional demeanor is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that shine through in every interaction * Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment is a must, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously * Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training * Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week commitment * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred **Requirements** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills that shine through in every interaction * Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously * Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training * Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM * Flexible scheduling after completion of training * Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred * Positive and professional demeanor that shines through in every interaction **Benefits** At our College Station facility, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that make blithequark a great place to work.
