Job Description:
As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will engage with our customers to provide them with the support they need to solve their problems and enhance their experience. – Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to handle difficult customers and situations.
– Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
– Able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Comfortable working with computers and technology.
