You will be the first point of contact for many customers, and your role will be critical in ensuring that they receive the help and support they need to complete their moves. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment, and participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University. **Responsibilities** * Assist customers inside and outside the arenaflex center with arenaflex products and services * Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory * Move and hook up arenaflex trucks and trailers * Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels * Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services * Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental * Install hitches and trailer wiring * Fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Drive a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Participate in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University * Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements** * Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record * High school diploma or equivalent * Part-time availability (weekends and holidays) * Must have a valid driver's license * Customer service and basic computer skills * Ability to work indoors and outdoors (truck sanitation included) * Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing continuous education **Work Environment** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
